A third-generation Californian, Annette serves clients throughout the Conejo Valley and San Fernando Valley, specializing in single-family homes, condominiums, and land development from Malibu Canyon to the coast.
Annette has lived in Calabasas for most of her life, pairing deep local insight with strong negotiation skills, thorough communication, and a calm, comfortable approach that keeps transactions moving smoothly for all parties. Her clients value her professionalism and consistency, reflected in an exceptional rate of repeat business and referrals.
In addition to her sales experience, Annette is a seasoned brokerage manager who has led and supported agents at some of the largest real estate firms in the country—bringing high-level operational knowledge, leadership, and market expertise to every client relationship.
An Agoura High School graduate, Annette is highly knowledgeable about local communities and the many youth and school opportunities in the area, including both public and private options. Before real estate, she worked in administration and business management within local municipal government.
Annette is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors, and she earned a Human Resources Management certification from California State University, Northridge.
