Branden Lowder
Branden Lowder has been a licensed real estate agent since 1993, and has been involved in over 3,000 real estate transactions. Branden started his career in Arizona and recently relocated to beautiful Southern California in 2008, where he has expanded his experience and focuses mainly on distressed properties and real estate investment.
In addition to real estate, Branden is a results-driven, visionary professional with over 18 years of proven ability to successfully propel and expand business opportunities and contribute to the bottom-line. Branden is an exceptional communicator with strong negotiation, problem resolution, and client needs assessment aptitude. He is equally effective at identifying opportunities, developing focus, and providing tactical business solutions.
Branden has enjoyed many years of training, teaching and coaching real estate agents. He has a true passion for the industry and truly enjoys expressing, sharing and providing instruction to his peers.
