With 25 years of experience in corporate finance and a rich background in real estate marketing, Franco Shamoo offers a wide breadth of knowledge, expertise, and know-how to all the clients he represents at The Shamoo Team, locally and regionally. 

While managing and operating a nationally recognized Direct Lender office in Orange County, Franco honed his masterful marketing skills, launching successful campaigns across several platforms, including television, radio, print, direct mail, and social media. With a deep understanding of the many granular aspects of the real estate market, Franco possesses the necessary skill set to sell properties at maximum value and discover the perfect opportunity at the right price. By implementing a well-researched marketing campaign that generates demand and drives traffic, Franco allows his clients to reach the most significant targeted demographic, increasing value and leveraging beneficial negotiations and results.

With his vast experience in real estate finance, Franco can assist his clients in selecting loan offers best suited to their financial status and position. His experience in the lending industry affords him a unique perspective and allows him to seamlessly and successfully manage and guide his clients regarding investment, bank-owned, and commercial properties. In addition, Franco has also successfully closed over 500+ Distress Properties, including Short Sales and Luxury Distressed Properties, and can provide critical insights to help his clients properly negotiate and structure offers to secure ideal properties. Franco and Jennifer joined Shamoo Real Estate Group - Innovate Realty to continue offering the finest luxury real estate service and financial insight alongside one of the most innovative and exciting agencies globally.

Outside of his real estate endeavors, Franco enjoys seeking out adventure with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children. He also enjoys competing in triathlons, marathons, and CrossFit and Strongman events and speaks fluent Assyrian.

As a twenty-year resident of Newport Beach, Franco is excited to help each of his clients realize their ideal real estate goals both locally and regionally. He looks forward to building a fruitful future, side by side.
