I've been a Real Estate Agent for over 35 years! My wife, Kristie joined with me to start a team over 9 years ago. Together, we have experience in helping our clients to buy and sell homes, vacant lots as well as commercial properties.
For 4 years prior to my real estate career, I was Vice President of my family's business in which we were developers, building out projects of track Homes, condominium developments, apartment buildings, office buildings as well as commercial projects. I gained so much experience in dealing with various city and county entities. This experience has been invaluable in helping our current clientele with any needs they may need or come across.
With Kristie by my sidel, we make the perfect team! Kristie is a perfect people person. She loves the interaction she has with our clients, most of which she becomes friends with for years after our transactions have closed. When it comes to difficult problems as well as the technical issues of any transaction, Kristie just has me jump in to make all of our transactions close escrow as smoothly as possible.
