Kathy Farshidi has lived and worked in the Los Angeles area and Conejo Valley for over 40 years. Having raised her daughter here, she deeply values the area’s distinguished schools and vibrant sense of community.
Before making California her home, Kathy and her husband lived in several regions across the United States, including Texas, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C. Through these experiences, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges and emotions that come with moving. This perspective allows her to genuinely relate to clients navigating the process of buying, selling, or relocating.
Kathy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her degree in Economics. She brings her strong academic foundation into her work, providing clients with thoughtful guidance and strategic insight.
A commitment to service is central to Kathy’s approach. She has served as President of Conejo Valley Encore and Treasurer of the Conejo Valley Newcomers Club, and remains an active member of the Westlake Women’s Club.
