Before earning her real estate license in November 2015, Patty spent 10 years working as a Transaction Coordinator alongside her sister. That experience built a strong foundation in contracts, timelines, and details, allowing her to protect her clients’ best interests and navigate each transaction with care and precision.
Patty believes clear communication is essential. She prioritizes being available, honest, and straightforward, so clients always feel comfortable asking questions and never feel alone in making important decisions.
As a member of Faith & Vision Realty and Team Z Realty, Patty is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. With the market constantly evolving, she stays up to date so she can serve her clients and community with the highest level of guidance.
Giving back is also central to Patty’s life and work. Alongside her sister—who continues to fight cancer with strength and faith—Patty supports Walking You Through It, a nonprofit her sister started prior to her diagnosis. The organization provides emotional support, resources, and practical assistance to individuals and families facing cancer.
Patty is also proud to be involved in SUHI Alumni & Friends and National City community golf tournaments and fundraising events that support youth athletics. These efforts help keep kids engaged in sports, provide needed equipment and resources, and encourage them to stay focused on school, build confidence, and work toward a positive future.

Her mission is to help families build stability, security, and generational wealth, while continuing to give back to the community that has given her so much.
