Seancie Arzaga brings resilience, determination, and a strong connection to the local community to his real estate career. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Seancie moved to the San Fernando Valley at the age of 15 after overcoming one of life’s greatest challenges—surviving cancer and adapting to life as an amputee after losing his leg at 14. This life-changing experience shaped his perspective, strengthened his character, and taught him the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and building meaningful relationships.
As he adjusted to his new environment in the Valley, Seancie developed a deep familiarity with the surrounding communities, from Granada Hills to Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks. Through his love of soccer and an active lifestyle, he became closely connected to the neighborhoods, parks, and local communities that make these areas unique. His firsthand knowledge of the region, combined with his passion for helping others, allows him to bring a genuine and personal approach to real estate.
Seancie is driven by a commitment to helping clients navigate important life decisions with confidence and trust. He understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it is a major milestone. His goal is to provide honest guidance, strong communication, and dedicated support every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, Seancie is passionate about cars, motorcycles, and soccer. Despite his physical challenges, he continues to ride sport bikes and actively participates in track riding, while also playing soccer at a competitive level and coaching his younger brother’s team to stay involved in the sport. His discipline, competitive spirit, and ability to overcome obstacles reflect the same energy and dedication he brings to serving his clients.
