Wendy Silver-Hale
Wendy Silver-Hale is the Brokerage Manager at Innovate Realty and a seasoned real estate professional with more than 40 years of residential sales experience, paired with decades of leadership at both the local and state levels of California real estate. Throughout her career, she has served in some of the industry’s most respected roles, including President of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors (representing 9,800 members across the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys), Regional Chair for the California Association of Realtors (San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Burbank), and State Director for the California Association of Realtors.
Wendy has also held a seat on CAR’s prestigious Standard Forms Advisory Committee—the group responsible for drafting the contracts and forms used by Realtors throughout California—along with leadership roles across numerous professional committees and initiatives. In addition to her association work, she has served in management positions at major brokerages and has led education and training programs that supported agent development and performance at scale.
Known for her energy, clarity, and strong negotiation skills, Wendy brings a client- and agent-first approach to everything she does. She’s passionate about guiding people through the buying and selling process with confidence—through thoughtful consultation, consistent communication, and an unwavering commitment to service. Beyond real estate, Wendy is deeply committed to her community. She serves as a Director of Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission and has acted as a key liaison between Realtor organizations and local and state officials. Outside of work, she enjoys singing for senior residents at retirement communities, and she loves art, music, live theatre, animals, and the outdoors.
